Trying to get fluid with what I know

These women (yes you in this group) be inspiring me to do great. (This is Not me) close but can't invert from the floor.

I swear I took off for 2 weeks due to my child's surgery & my body thinks I've quit😪.

The difference a pole and chair fitness can make...slow but well worth the full body transformation I'm going through.

I haven't been on my pole all week. I will be sore in the morning.
