Have y’all heard? The coziest, cutest little bungalow bar opened up in the heights and we at SBC are so proud to have been a part of the conceptual process and responsible for the beverage program! With a focus on Spring & Summer sippers we took a lot of inspiration from French, Spanish, Italian, and Mediterranean cultures and flavor profiles. You’ll find a mix of Aperitivos, Digestivos, Fortified Wines, and Botanical forward drinks across the menu. We also curated an eclectic wine list featuring mostly wines from those same regions. Overall, we are just so thrilled to congratulate this team on opening and hope you go in to enjoy a drink soon! ✨💕

We’re having a ✨ stunning ✨ boozy treat we made for featuring Dusse Cognac, Sorel Liqueur, Noilly Prat Rouge, Angostura Bitters & Ginger Bitters. The warm Caribbean notes of hibiscus & ginger pair beautifully with the richness of the the cognac & sweet vermouth making it the perfect drink to sip on this rainy Houston day! Cheers Y’all!
