Former Tomball ISD Tax Assessor-Collector Kristi Williams has been federally charged with wire fraud. She's accused of stealing nearly $1 million from the school district and tax payers. Williams is scheduled to make her initial federal court appearance on July 13, 2026. FBI Houston is investigating.
