DieselLife Fleet Services, an innovating and growing diesel repair shop is looking to fill the position of SERVICE DESK ADVISOR. If you possess high-level office skills but would prefer to work in a setting where jeans and casual shoes are acceptable, please read on!

SERVICE DESK ADVISOR POSITION SUMMARY:
Hit the ground running with a good level of initiative, common sense, positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE
*Open and run service desk on daily basis
*Answer Phones
*Take messages
*Greet customers
*Point of sale transactions

• WORK ORDERS
*Daily intake of work order
*Manage work orders
*Track ongoing work & maintain client contact

• INVENTORY
*Order parts (vendor relationship and research)
*Manage Shipping & Receiving

• DATA ENTRY
*Invoicing
*Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience/qualifications
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Benefits: Paid holidays / Paid PTO
