Lime cold brew speaks for itself, and the Electric Lady is lemon, espresso, simple syrup, fresh mint, and topo chico. The Electric Lady packs a punch and may not be for everyone, but those who love it, love it.

For the first time, we're offering an alternative espresso.

Costa Rica is on the bar as a single organ espresso, the first alternative we've ever pulled, and it's on pour over too. This one is worth the story.

It comes from the Las Lajas washing station in Costa Rica where they process the coffee with a method they call Double Diamond, something they spent four years developing. The coffee cherries are picked from their healthiest trees and brought to the mill within hours, then hand-sorted and sealed into tanks to ferment slowly over ~72 hours. From there they to raised beds in a covered space to dry as patiently as possible, never rushed. All of that care shows up in the cup. It's cleaner, brighter, and noticeably sweeter than you'd expect, and we roasted it smooth on the Loring to let every bit of that come through.

This is a worthy upgrade that we highly suggest for a cortado, flat white, or even an iced latte. Especially if you're looking for flavor, without sugar.

A new coffee from Rwanda is here too, on pour over. It's balanced and easy to love. A classic.

Both are bagged and ready to brew at home.

Sat 7:30am-7:00pm
Sunday 9am-5pm (kitchen opens at noon)
The Kitchen closes an hour early daily.
