I have held a lot of anger and resentment towards you for a long time... since 2021 when you left our team to prove to yourself that you were good enough to stand on your own
(this was before either of us became professional athletes)
I have held that against you for too long, for a while I genuinely thought I hated you. We have had multiple battles since then and I haven't been fair in my choice of words or actions and for that I am truly sorry...
This past Saturday at Fort Smith Comic Con we faced each other for the 3rd time in our professional wrestling career, with a record of 1-1 for both of us, this was the tiebreaker and my brother Alex Shirley was there front row to see it as the special guest referee. I fought, I ran both my mouth and physically around the ring and inside, I hit 2 cutters on you and missed a killshot super kick, but you didn't miss with anything, the diving fist drop, the discus clothesline, and ultimately the man of steel sleeper that put me away and gave you your first ever professional wrestling championship the IWF-Impact Wrestling Federation intercontinental championship...

Truthfully I guess all I'm saying is you were the better man that day, I shook your hand and raised it up and then I left the ring for you to soak it all in, and when the match was over and we were backstage I gave you a hug and let go of everything I had held against you...

Maybe not in ring and maybe not ever again but for that moment Team Superstar was alive again...
