Over two intensive days at DirtFish’s world-class facility in Seattle, students gained hands-on experience in:

Excited to announce OZ Rally Pro is coming back to New Zealand for the first time since 2023. Rhianon Gelsomino will be offering trainings on Saturday May 9th - 9.00am - 4.30pm & Sunday May 10th 8.30am - 4.00pm, for up to 12 students each training, at BNZ Partner Centre, Highbrook, Auckland.

With the success of these programs in USA, the trainings on offer will be a Co-driver Development Program on May 9th and an advanced Co-driver Pace Note Training on May 10th.

May 9th training, will cover all the components of being an effective co-driver including rules/regs, recce plans, maps, road books, schedules, timecards/controls, pace note abbreviations/layout of pace notes, precision and timing when calling pace notes. This training is for all levels of co-drivers/volunteers/fans. New/novice co-drivers are encouraged. Something for everyone to learn.

May 10th training, will be a more advanced training, focusing on the use of video demonstrations to work through 1st/2nd pass recce, video recce. We will focus on a variety of pace notes systems from different drivers, 1-6, 1-8, 1-10, the layout of pace notes, pace note abbreviations, pace note glossaries, precision and timing when calling pace notes, with the aim to help increase your performance as a team, but also keep you safe.

These trainings are a great opportunity for beginners, all the way up to experienced competitors trying to polish or refresh their skills/methods. The classroom group setting, is a good learning environment, which helps encourage meaningful conversations, brings up questions and gives a place for people to share experiences that can help everyone training. The trainings are all classroom based.

At each training you will be supplied with a workbook, pace note book, stationary, OzRallyPro T-shirt, Subaru Motorsports USA Hat/Lanyard, team poster, snacks, lunch & drinks. I will also have some fun Travis Pastrana signed Subaru Motorsport USA giveaways. Food restrictions can be catered for.
