The Washington County CDA is accepting online applications for the Whispering Pines Public Housing one-bedroom wait list.
Whispering Pines is a 40-unit building located in Forest Lake, MN.
Wait List Opens: Monday, May 2, 2022 at 9:00 am.
Wait List Closes: Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 4:30 pm.
Eligibility:
You must be a United States Citizen, or a noncitizen with eligible immigrant status.
You must provide a social security number for each family member.
You must income qualify for your household size.
Maximum Gross Income
1 person household: $55,590
2 person household: $63,950
Preferences
1. Seniors age 62+ or a person with a verifiable disability.
2. Senior age 55-61.
3. Live or work in Washington County.

State Fairgrounds COVID-19 vaccination site for people with disabilities

State health officials urge Minnesotans with disabilities to get a COVID-19 vaccination as soon as possible. The State Fairgrounds vaccination site is making it easier than ever, with free transportation, ASL and other language interpreters and ADA accommodations available. You can make an appointment now to secure a spot for May 26 through June 8. The site also takes drop-ins.

Go to the Minnesota COVID-19 Response site (https://mn.gov/covid19/vaccine/find-vaccine/statefairvaccine/index.jsp) for information about the State Fairgrounds and other vaccination sites around the state. Appointments are open now and filling quickly!
