Congrats to our friend and Blue Ox family member Colin Kopp! He is officially taken the role of Blu Dot Photographer. It is a bitter sweet moment for us as Colin has filled many roles under our roof and is not a guy that you just replace. The hardest part is not getting to have him here each day. Patrick Edward Fox, 58, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, died peacefully on February 8. Beloved husband of Susan Strate. His passing leaves a hole in the hearts of his family, friends and colleagues. Survived by sisters Colleen and Sheila (Donn Wassink), brothers Mike (Choowon) and Kevin, nieces and nephews, and caring friends across the country. Preceded in death by parents, Mary and Edward; sister Mary Lee and niece Ann Marie. While photography and general aviation were central activities in Patrick's life, he was also passionate about his northern Wisconsin cabin, travel across the U.S. and destinations abroad. He knew how to live life fully.
A celebration of life will be held at Lakewood Memorial Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis on Friday, February 16 at 12:00 noon followed by a reception in the Garden Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Second Hand Hounds in honor of his best four-legged friend, Bueller.

It’s never easy to say goodbye to an icon of our industry. It’s even harder to say goodbye to a great friend. Rest In Peace Patrick Fox. You will be missed.
