Mobility4All is hiring friendly and compassionate people to provide safe rides for seniors in the Bloomington area for Martin Luther and Creekside Senior Care. Drivers enjoy a flexible part-time or occasional hours schedule as independent contractors.

We are looking for a driver for morning and afternoon rides to assist Martin Luther Senior Care in Bloomington and their new location opening up in the new year.

At Mobility4All, we work directly with senior living communities to help meet the transportation needs of residents. Whether it’s a ride to the doctor or a trip to visit a family member, our friendly MO Drivers are here to help get seniors where they need to be.

We provide:
● $18/hour plus an additional mileage bonus
● A team that cares about you and values your input
● A flexible schedule
● Continued training and assistance
● Delightful senior clients who need rides between our hours of 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday


What we're looking for:
● Your own sedan or other senior-friendly vehicles. Must be smoke-free, in good condition, and less than 13 years old.
● A valid driver's license; active license for a minimum of 3 years
● Ability to pass a background check & driving record check. No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 3 years.
● Ability to lift and load walkers or other foldable mobility devices into your vehicle's trunk
● Strongly preferred: Experience serving as a caregiver or otherwise interacting with seniors and people with disabilities
