What's better than pizza and bowling? Pizza and bowling for a good cause! HMCHA's bowling event raised funds to support impoverished Ethiopia school kids. Over 30 bowlers and 14 lane sponsors helped raise almost $2000! Thanks to everyone for your generous support!

Iron sharpens iron. HMCHA school kids in Ethiopia are taking part in the educational tradition of Quiz Bowl. The event is taking place in the HMCHA Community Center in Ketaba village. The teachers in the white coats test the students on their knowledge of different subjects. They compete against each other and with surrounding village schools. Happy 2026 and guess who turns 20 this year? HMCHA! God has blessed this ministry to rural impoverished Ethiopian children since 2006. Over the 20 years HMCHA has served over 400 sponsored children offering a quality education, financial assistance to families, and spiritual training in the love of Christ. Unfortunately poverty does not take a vacation. HMCHA looks forward to continue serving God's children in Ethiopia.
