We are a towing company in Minnetonka that focuses on customer service and professionalism. We do not do any private property towing or repossessions. Most of our work load is roadside assistance calls and police towing. We offer competitive wages (experienced drivers start at $20/hr) plus benefits that include health insurance ½ of employee premium paid, uniforms, and an IRA retirement account with 3% company match. Overtime is paid time and a half after 40 hours worked, along with weekly pay. We are looking for night and weekend drivers. We require a valid driver’s license with clean driving record, DOT health card, criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug test. We have clean well maintained newer trucks.

Summary of position: Tow truck drivers can expect to communicate with dispatch to respond to various locations for different types of service calls such as tows, tire changes, lockouts, out of fuel, or accidents.

Job responsibilities: Respond to calls for service as dispatched, interact with customers in a positive manner, keep truck clean and organized, report any issues with vehicles so they can be repaired, show up to work on time and ready to work in uniform.

We are seeking a hard working, clean cut, independent, punctual, employee who wants to improve both our operation and themselves. We are looking for nights and weekends.
