Chef ’s so proud to give back and mentor students this past week!

Thank you to our community for your wonderful support!

It is with a heavy heart and much sadness that I announce today that I’ve closed the restaurant after 24 years of business (formerly Chef Mavro) due to the hardships of Covid.

Many thanks to my amazing employees and our M Family, we’ve worked tirelessly over the years to serve our community! I’ve made every effort to find everyone on my team another job to help them transition from the closure.

remains in operation and we will be sure to keep you posted on things to come.

Mahalo to our loyal guests, fans, friends and family for supporting us, I have enjoyed serving you and look forward to doing so in the future!

I wish every local restaurant and small business all the best: please dine and support them! Also support our community’s farmers, fisherman and purveyors to keep our Hawai'i economy going strong!
