Year of the Wood Snake, the snake is the sixth animal in the Chinese zodiac and symbolizes intuition and strategy. The wood element of 2025 is said to emphasize growth and planning. The snake represents calmness and introspection. These traits are seen as essential for guiding one’s life with wisdom and grace.

Snakes are known for their ability to shed their skin, symbolizing the process of letting go of the old and embracing the new. This theme is expected to resonate throughout 2025, as individuals are encouraged to release their past baggage and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

🐍 Personal Growth- focus on self-improvement and long-term goals

🐍 Renewal- letting go of the old to make space for exciting opportunities

🐍 Intuition & Strategy- success comes from trusting your instincts and following the wisdom of your intuition

🐍 Balance- prioritizing harmony in the mind, body and spirit for steady progress

Year of self-reflection, steady progress, and renewal. The Snake embodies inner yin energy which is more feminine and holds the energy of descent.

When a pattern is finally coming to an end, especially one that’s been held in your body for a long time, that’s also when you’ll face the most fear and the most resistance.

Being set free actually feels incredibly uncomfortable & unsafe in relation to continuing to play out what you’ve always known.”

Before the Lunar Chinese New Year 1.29.25, we are in a potent time to tie up loose ends and clean house before the next cycle 🌀

When you read the energetics of the body & womb through the lens of these ancient wisdom practices, it helps you find insight into how to navigate these times, and the transition between them.

2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 9
which represents completion, letting go, & spiritual fulfillment

A 9 year is more about the internal — it asks what energetic leaks need to be closed, what branches need to be pruned, and how can you find your fulfillment within. It is a very feminine number; it’s about internal safety, deep alchemy, and the evolution of your being.

Under a new Moon the sky is dark 🌌

Cast aside by shadow her light is nowhere to be seen.

She exists only in the unseen and the energetic.

She dances only behind the veil across our eyes.

It is from this darkness that the Moon births herself anew.

A process innate to each of us.

It is from her deep connection with the unseen that she brings herself into the seen.

It is through her living within the intangible that she creates herself tangible.

And it is in her inherent connection with the psychic, the Soul, the energetic and the Sacred – that she imbues and builds herself in the physical.

Did you know, ancient physicians were required to pass astrological exams within their medical training as physicians?! 🤯

⚕️Medical Astrology 💫
Used for: prediction, major life cycles, health/dis-ease, time and more…

Since modern studies that show around 3000 BCE (onward) Mesopotamia proved how much they had charted the sky “astral science” to understand our imbalances in humankind.

Zodiac signs are associated with specific body parts. This means your Sun & Moon sign may indicate certain physical strengths and weaknesses about who you are and what might be working or NOT for.

☾ The Moon(uterus, hormones, mense, fertility…) sign is what so many of us must heal in this lifetime. Liberation of Emotional Body 💫

I was recently honored with an invitation to an Indigenous Native American ceremony,
Isnathi Awičhalowanpi ~ “Coming of Age Ceremony,” hosted by the Pté Sán Win Society of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. This ceremony is recognized as one of the Wóphe Sakówin (seven sacred rites) of the Lakota/Dakota/Nakota people.

My first time helping making a tipi (home) and getting to steam in with the women of Standing Rock Reservation. As well as foraging native plants to make a yoni steam blend, Yarrow / Sage / Rose hip flower.

Asking for guidance more than ever these days after witnessing true Sisterhood and Rites of Passage. I’m just in Awe of communities, cultures and traditions that create these offerings to connect with each other of all ages and their ancestors. It’s so humbling and beautiful to see 💗 Mahalo Nui
