Went to Texas last week…
On deck with a really nice team for ten hours…
Reminded me why I love swimming so much…
The truth is:
You don’t need to be able to explain what you feel.
You don’t need to show all of your business.
Just be consistent.

800 IM with fins Kick / Swim by 100 in just over 11 minutes…
Really happy with that!
