Hawaii Tech Support

We are excited to share that Hawaii Tech Support is now a member of the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants.

We joined because CPA firms carry some of the highest technology, security, and compliance demands in Hawaii, and our team is committed to supporting the professionals who keep this industry moving.

This will also be our 1st year exhibiting at their HSCPA 65th Annual Conference tmrw! We look forward to meeting firm leaders and learning more about the challenges they are working through so we can continue building solutions that are practical, secure, and aligned with how CPA firms operate today.

Say aloha to our newest full-time team member - JOURDAN CLARKE-OLSON!

Jourdan first connected with HTS through the Good Jobs Hawaii Program via the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii. She completed the Help Desk Technician course at Leeward Community College…a program we were proud to help develop.

She joined us as an intern in September and quickly became a go-to on the tech team, especially during our Windows 11 upgrade projects.

In her words:
“After working in hospitality for a few years, I wanted a new path... something where I could keep learning. I found the Good Jobs Hawaii course and decided to take a chance. Once I started working with computers, it all clicked! I’m excited to keep growing and help people through tech.”
