For all of us who juggle a lot.

🚨In a prior post on January 31, 2025, we discussed the current administration's plan to expand the use of "Expedited Removal" and "ER." ER offers people way less rights than Immigraiton Court. And you will be detained during ER proceedings; the law requires it. Recently respondents acorss the country have reportedly been arrested at Immigration Court by ICE, so that the agency can cancel their Immigration Court and subject these individuals to ER instead. 🏝️ Last week, we received the good news that two of our clients just got approved for their green card. We started working with them in early 2024 on their K-1. The officer asked for more than we've seen required in years prior, but we worked fast and received their approval in record time. We're so grateful we had the chance to work with this amazing couple. 💕
