Although this session features math and science majors, this event is open to anyone interested in earning a master’s degree with their teaching license.

Want to become a teacher?! This semester we are rolling out a brand new BAM (Bachelors and Masters) pathway!!! In just FIVE years you can earn a Bachelors Degree in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi and a Masters of Education in Teaching (MEdT). This accelerated program is a great way to save money on grad school classes as well as gain valuable teaching experience.

Annually, Hawai‘i Community Foundation distributes over $6 million to deserving students, and over $1 million in awards goes directly to graduate-degree seeking students. In 2020, the average scholarship award was over $6,000 per student. Hawai‘i Community Foundation’s Common Application for 2021-2022 scholarships is now open.
