💜 Free Expanded Meal Service and Delivery Program 💜

Please email your inquiry regarding the Expanded Meal Service Program to [email protected] or call Angie at (808)586-8100.

To register anyone for the Expanded Meal Service program, which will start between Mid-July to end of July, they will need:

💥 First and last name

💥 Phone number

💥 Street address (apt/unit, city, and zip code) where meals will be delivered —> No P.O. Boxes

💥 Email address, if they have one.

💥 Any special dietary needs: pureed, chopped, gluten free, soy free, no milk, etc.

💥 Program Category (see below)


Program “Categories” are:

Anyone who is Homebound or isolated

Has a disability or other underlying health conditions

Economically disadvantaged

Residing in identified high poverty or rural geographic area

Limited family or other informal supports

Elderly parents taking care of adult child(ren) with a disability

💜 💜💜 Seven frozen meals will be delivered once a week for a six month period, for each person who signs up for the service.
So, if your household has three people receiving meals, that would be 21 frozen meals delivered, once a week. 💜💜💜
