While the crew anxiously awaits the completion of work on the CGC SEQUOIA after dropping off the CGC HOLLYHOCK in Baltimore, the unit has kept very busy. Temporary assignments (as far afield as Alaska and the South Pacific!), courses, awards, promotions, weddings, and Holiday parties are just a few examples of how the crew continues to develop themselves, build esprit de corps, and assist other units.
