The Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) is a 7 year, $60+ million federally funded program designed to help small businesses access capital to help the economy recover from the pandemic. HTDC has been designated the lead agency for the State of Hawai‘i. The Program Manager will be responsible for reporting and compliance for 3 sub-programs (Collateral Support, Loan Participation and Fund of Funds), and the technical assistance program.
