Here’s a peak at the patterns that were designed for the visual identity. We worked closely with Tricia Ruiz to ensure the brand was tastefuly utilized throughout the interior. The quilt pattern was applied as a wallpaper in the main dining room paired with a handcrafted cognac colored leather banquette that compliments the brand colors. The back dining room embodies the contrast of night and day with a moodier and opulent wallpaper using a deconstructed hand painted version of the quilt’s shapes.

We designed a Break + Feast newspaper. The idea was to bring back the memories of sitting down for breakfast and reading the morning paper. We included stories about their roots and inspiration, a map of cultural heritage and travels, a classified ads style to book them for catering and weddings, horoscopes to match the signs to dishes, a comic strip, and crossword puzzle.

The spread is 4 pages with a french fold to emulate a newspaper. We applied a pulp texture overlay to create the newsprint appearance.
