Hawaii's clock for those who think they can threaten free speech, due to the lack of strong Anti-SLAPP laws in Hawaii, is running out. And the clock may have a function to go backward five years. Stay tuned. Are you a consumer who has been a victim of frivolous legal threats, we want to hear from you.

SLAPP Suits A SLAPP suit seeks to use the courts to silence someone who has exercised First Amendment rights and deter others from similar speech.

We want to thank every one of you who has liked this page and shared a post, we ask you to continue to do so and to begin the talk in your local community, and to your local representative, about the importance of stronger Anti-SLAPP laws in Hawaii.
