When was the last time you made an excuse not to do something, but felt deep within that you were just afraid to try?

We will often put a reason not to do something outside of our control, as a means to self preservation.

An example is “I don’t have time to learn…” when most of us can sacrifice 30 minutes a day or week to make progress on a skill.

Or “I shouldn’t talk to them, they don’t want to hear from me,” when the regret of never meeting new people hurts more and longer than any slight chance of rejection.

If you are making excuses to not do things, try asking yourself “what would I tell a friend in the same situation?”

Suddenly, everything changes.

My dad got this VR recently, I paid for half of it, I’m thinking about make a lot more content around the VR and how it could potentially improve remote work productivity. Will keep you in the loop!

This is some context to why I changed my brand from SovereignNox to KaizenNox

I don’t reign over anything, I’m not a king, I choose to be a student of life.
