☑ Work closely with healthcare facilities to deeply understand their needs, forging strong, enduring relationships.
☑ Skillfully negotiate placement terms, ensuring they meet both physician and healthcare facility expectations while adhering to industry standards.
☑ Track team performance through key metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.

Who You Are:
☑ A proven track record with 3+ years in physician recruitment, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed targets.
☑ An inspiring leader capable of motivating and growing a high-performing team.
☑ Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, from medical qualifications to the dynamics of physician recruitment.
☑ Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
☑ Proficient with ATS and recruitment software, keeping you at the forefront of recruitment technology.
