🚀 We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to the CEO (Philippines-based, Remote)

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a work-from-home role (equipment not provided), with occasional travel to Thailand as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Must be based in the Philippines
✅ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
✅ Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools, etc.)
✅ Able to work independently with discretion and professionalism
✅ Holds a valid passport and is willing to travel occasionally to Thailand
✅ Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and business events
Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity
Assist with special projects and other operational tasks as needed
📌 Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
✈️ Travel: Occasional trips to Thailand when required
