If you live near Honolulu. Hawaii i have a free class every Saturday morning at 8am. I'm excited that my recent content has been getting people motivated and tbh I know I can help alot of you guys if we commit to a serious no bu****it approach. The process is really easy once you learn but the idea is you have to actually be taught and not just put through a hard workout.
