Day 21 of the BSA 21-Day Jump Rope Challenge! Today is the final day. It's never too late to begin the challenge. Just start with our safety video and work through the tricks in order. Hundreds of children on Oahu received free jump ropes from the troop to try the challenge. You can join us too! We hope you have fun staying fit during social distancing. Tell us what your favorite trick was! Wishing you a strong finish to a tough year.

Day 14 of our 21-Day Jump Rope Challenge. Our scout did not wear shoes for this trick, but you should. Always wear shoes to avoid hurting your feel while jump roping!
