My Treehouse Club

Super late post, but our art students took a mini field trip down to .hongwanji last month to experience, gardening, farming, and a mini nature art project. We incredibly grateful for the temple members who have spare their time to show us around the temple and teach us about sustainability.

I’ve worked very closely with the temple since 2014. When I was looking for activities for my group to do, they were the only temple that were welcoming and allowed me to come in with children. I’m forever grateful for the kindness that they have shown me throughout the years. My Treehouse Club continues to support this temple in any way possible! We are a big part of planning their Bondence, as well as throwing our end of the summer festival.

We’re always looking for volunteers or professionals would like to collaborate so we can bring more to our community! They can offer school tours, event spaces, workshops, Housing, and more!
