Last order of business. Mahalos to the following cohorts.

Patrons: Thank you all for the support and your willingness to try something different despite how weird it may initially seem. To the regulars, we appreciate you making us a part of your life and talking story with us.

Foodies: Particular shoutout to the food-loving community members who were direct in pointing out the parts of our game that needed work. Many of our items were improved because of you.

Staff: I had my initial hesitancy with an all Gen-Z staff, but my concerns were quickly dashed. It was an honor to get to know such a smart, hard-working, and responsible group of young individuals.

HPU: We could not ask for a more supportive, reasonable, and empathetic landlord. Thanks for all the assistance during a wild couple of years.

Ohana: Lastly, incredible thanks to my family for allowing me an opportunity to pursue a dream and your willingness to jump in during their free time when I was looking for a handful of unpaid laborers. Love you all!

Everyone: Thanks for the memories!

Mahalo for all the support and the opportunity to shoot our shot.

We started our mission 3 years ago in a quest to be named the best. Though short of our goal we’ve pushed the boundaries of the iconic shave ice 🍧, introduced new “Hawaiian” style açaí and chamoyadas, and created new one-of-a-kind frozen treats (i.e., Blue Hawaiian shave mocktail and Piccadil-li-hing). All developed right here in Hawaii!

So why stop? While lucky to have the support of the community during a trying time, it has come at the sacrifice of ʻohana time together and missed T-Mobile Tuesday swag.

It’s been our pleasure serving you. Come on in over the next 2 weeks to get your last bowls of HItalian Ice or just to say Aloha!
