Not gonna lie, the first time I tried poke… the texture threw me off 😅

Back in California, the poke spots loaded their bowls with toppings, spicy mayo, crunchy onions, and especially tempura bits. That crunch was what got me over the “raw fish” fear and slowly turned me into someone who craved poke all the time.

That memory inspired us to create Finding Poke 🎣 A flight of 3 poke spring rolls made for people who are curious about poke, still getting used to it, or already obsessed with it.
