Rain damaged drywall repair around the bottom sides of the inside of 6 louvre windows.

2 louver window crank replacements.

Tile job...there were 3 tiles that were already popped up and out due to roots from a planter. I ended up taking out 5 more tiles to get all the roots out from under the tiles. Reset 8 tiles, grouted them and sealed them. Total time was about a day, but spread out over a week via 3 separate visits. Thinset needed to cure before grouting, and the grout needed to cure before sealing. Another exciting job.

Made quick work of this project. Client was cleaning out his fathers condo and when he pulled up the floor mat in the bathroom, the rubber bottom was melted and bonded to the tile floor. In less than an hour, using the citrus cleaner in the picture and a scraper and the floor was clean.
