Yesterday’s chef special was approved by two guests that have lived in Texas and haven’t been able to find good Chili Cheese fries. We accepted the challenge 💪🏼

They especially loved the chunks of brisket in the topping, and also loved the baked beans and brisket burnt ends! Thanks for visiting, Kate and Austin!

This Thursday’s Regular Gone Rogue is Jeffery Williams! Jeffery is donating a portion of the proceeds to HBCU collaborative. The PGH HBCU Collaborative is a membership of HBCU alumni that are grounded in service to community and know that education is one of the ways out of poverty.
