Everglades Fruit

Harvested this Jackfruit earlier this year. I am not sure of the variety, fairly firm flesh. Any thoughts on variety name?🤔

Sunset solo Papaya. I had thought these would be smaller plants, but already pushing 20 feet 16 months after the seeds were planted.

The beekeeper we work with gave us this wonderful honeycomb that bees made while pollinating our longan flowers.
