We've been having a few returns lately from leaking HydroHeaters. These are the version 3.0 HydroHeaters that connect to a reservoir.

If you've purchased a HydroHeater this winter, the o-ring at the end of the connector should be replaced soon. If you have one you've been using and it isn't leaking then it's less urgent but should be replaced at a convenient time. This is an upgrade from the previous o-ring in several ways (performs better in the cold). See the details on the order form web page.

We're offering this replacement o-ring free for the asking. The installation is very easy and takes just a few minutes to clean out the old silicone and slip the new o-ring in place.
