Scouting In Holyoke

Our Scouts and their families helped run Run Aid Station #2 at the Duck Pond in Forest Park.

Thank you to Troop 303 South Hadley leaders for coming to help our Scouts out during the race. We really appreciate all of your help!!

Our Scouts had the honor and privilege of attending the Memorial Day ceremony at the War Memorial Building. They also had the honor of placing the wreaths during the ceremony and helped pass out the yellow flowers to the Gold Star families.

Today, our Scouts helped place flags at St. Jerome's Cemetery in Holyoke in honor of our Veterans.

Our Scouts BSA Troop 5235 were at the pancake breakfast today and helped run the booth.

Our Scouts had a lot of fun running the booth. They even had fun playing pancake tic-tac-toe and Pancake I-Spy and were undefeated in the games.

Even had a raffle for a Lorax Stuffy.

Our Holyoke Scouting units will be marching in the Memorial Day Parade, and have the honor and privilege of placing the wreaths during the ceremony.

We had a nice day today. We were at the Arbor Day event in Holyoke. Taught some archery, and even helped plant the new fruit trees at the Arbor Yard.

Our Scouts had a camp-in at Mount Tom Lodge. They worked on their skills by setting and taking down tents, camping skills, cooking and First Aid Merit badges.

Our Scouts attended the Springfield Thunderbirds game today. They had a lot of fun and even were able to go on the ice for the t-shirt toss and toss the t-shirts.

Cub Scouts Pack 235, Troop 5235 and Ship 235 were in attendance tonight.
