Honoring Aden Perry — a young hero whose selflessness, courage, and heart continue to inspire.

I met Aden’s mom at work one day, and hearing Aden’s story stayed with me. He lost his life trying to save someone else, an act of pure bravery that earned him the Carnegie Hero Award.

It’s truly an honor to be part of this cause and to support the Aden Perry Good Samaritan & Scholarship Fund in sharing his story and spreading his light. 🤍✨

Kava Flow Collective will be giving out incense bundles to support this beautiful foundation ✨🕊️

Sunday Recovery Yoga 🔥

Join us this Sunday for the first session of our new monthly recovery-focused yoga class at Gainz Fit. This class is designed to support and complement the CrossFit workouts we tackle throughout the week—helping you build mobility, improve flexibility, and restore balance in the body.

Expect mindful movement, intentional stretching, breathwork, and a grounded slow flow created specifically for athletes. Whether you’re sore, tight, or simply in need of a reset, this class will help you move better, recover deeper, and show up stronger for the week ahead.

All levels welcome. Bring your mat, your breath, and your body exactly as it is. ✨
