One day you realize you’re not afraid of conflict. You’re afraid of how they’ll react when you’re honest. ❤️🩹

Sometimes the hardest part of healing isn’t leaving. It’s accepting that the people you love are the ones hurting you.
When every visit leaves you questioning your worth, feeling guilty for having boundaries, or carrying pain that gets dismissed as being “too sensitive,” it may be time to pay attention to the pattern.
Protecting your peace isn’t cruelty. Wanting space doesn’t mean you don’t care. And feeling okay is not too much to ask.
❤️ Have you ever struggled with guilt after setting boundaries with family?

💙 Carers Week 💙
Behind every act of care is a person giving their time, energy, and compassion to support someone they love.
This Carers Week, we recognize and thank the millions of unpaid carers who help family members, friends, and neighbors every day. While caring for others can be rewarding, it can also bring emotional, physical, and mental challenges.
If you're a carer, remember that your wellbeing matters too.
Taking time to rest, seek support, and prioritize your own health is not a luxury—it's an important part of sustainable caregiving.
Let's raise awareness, show appreciation, and help ensure carers receive the recognition and support they deserve.
If you're struggling or know someone who's in need of a supportive community, join our Free TAR Anon meetings.
