United Way of Onslow County and Sandy Run Missionary Baptist Church are teaming up again to provide FREE meals for children and teens (18 & under) this summer!

When: June 15 β August 21 (Monday - Friday)
β° Time: 11:00 AM β 1:00 PM (Closed June 19 & July 3)
π Where: Sandy Run Missionary Baptist Church (Fellowship Hall), 1503 Hargett St, Jacksonville

The Holly Ridge Bee Festival is officially buzzing, and our Medication Take-Back Event is now OPEN!
Come see us at the Holly Ridge Police Department between 10 AM and 2 PM to safely and anonymously dispose of your unwanted medications. Itβs the perfect way to protect your home and our community while enjoying the festival fun!

Parking: PD parking is restricted for the festival. Please use designated festival parking areas and take a short walk to our station.
Cost: 100% FREE. No ID, no questions asked.

Hey Holly Ridge! The countdown is on for the Holly Ridge Bee Festival and our special Medication Take-Back Event!
Itβs the perfect time to clear out your medicine cabinet. π Look for those expired prescriptions, old patches, and unused over-the-counter meds. Just toss them in a bag and bring them down to us this Saturday!

π Don't Let Old Meds Sting! π
Mark your calendars for April 25, 2026! We are proud to partner once again with the DEA National Take Back Initiative and SBI Operation Medicine Drop for our medication disposal event. Join us from 10 AM β 2 PM at the HRPD station, right in the middle of the Holly Ridge Bee Festival festivities!

Unwanted pills and patches
Liquids (must be in tightly sealed original containers)
β What We Cannot Accept:
For safety reasons, we are unable to take:
Needles or injectables
IV solutions
Inhalers
Vapes with batteries
Illegal substances

Privacy: This is a 100% anonymous service. No ID required, no questions asked.
Parking: Because the Bee Festival will be in full swing, parking directly at the Police Department will be restricted. Please use the designated festival parking lots and enjoy a short stroll to the station!
