Something exciting is coming to Northland Drive! We are officially getting started on the Edison Animal Hospital build-out. Our team is working on drywall demolition, before we move on to the removal of the flooring. We are excited to transform the existing structure into a safe space for the community’s pets to get quality care. More updates to come!

We were honored to join Dr. Laurie Birkholz, M.D. and associate Erin Lamb—owner of Equilibrium Physical Therapy—for the groundbreaking of their new medical office. The new building will be home to both Laurie Birkholz, MD & Associates and Equilibrium Physical Therapy, with an additional 4,650 square feet of lease space still available. We can’t wait to get started on this project!
