We are looking for a quality-minded, detail-oriented Flexographic Press Operator with at least 3 years of experience. This is an essential role within our organization, responsible for the manufacturing of high-quality, pressure-sensitive labels and tags for a wide range of industries

Responsibilities include, but, are not limited to:
• Set-up, operate and tear down a flexographic press for the ex*****on of customer print jobs
• Complete all related procedures, work instructions and quality measures
• Complete color and quality checks related to product specifications, visual and functional checks
• Monitor production to ensure quality printed products
• Maintenance of press
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Basic Qualifications:
• Visual acuity to inspect and detect small defects, determine accuracy of color and printing
• Must possess a working knowledge of operations of narrow web/flexographic presses (Mark Andy)
• Possess a mechanical aptitude with the ability to make basic machine repairs (preferable)
• Must be able to read and must possess good math skills (percentages, figure footage, measurements, etc.)
• Must be able to maintain good attendance
• Operate material handling equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, reach, pull and lift
• Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations

Competitive pay. Starting wage is commensurate with experience and all-around aptitude.
