Harp Source
🌿 Happy May Day 🌿
A day that has long been associated with renewal, light, and the quiet return of life all around us.
As the world softens into spring, it’s a beautiful reminder that we, too, can soften.
At Harp Source, this is at the heart of what I offer—creating spaces where the nervous system can settle, where the body can release tension, and where a sense of calm can gently return.
Whether through a live harp therapy session, vibroacoustic therapeutic music, or simply a moment of intentional listening, even a few minutes of sound can shift how we feel.
Today, I invite you to pause.
Step outside, notice what’s growing, and take one slow breath.
If you’re curious how therapeutic harp music can support calm and well-being, I’d love to connect.
🌸 Wishing you a peaceful and renewing May Day.

When a harp string is plucked, it does more than make a beautiful sound. It creates a gentle wave of vibration that can be heard—and felt. ✨
In harp therapy and vibroacoustic therapeutic music, those vibrations are used with intention to help calm the nervous system, relax the body, and invite a deeper sense of ease.
It’s one of the many reasons I believe music can be a powerful support for well-being, and I have seen evidence of that in my own practice.
