We just listed a duplex in Salt Lake City. This is an up/down duplex with a 2 bedroom and one full bath upper unit and 2 bedroom and one bath lower unit. It has been fully remodeled, has a wonderful location, is close to downtown, freeways, hospitals and the U of U University!
