New 15 story building design in Route 440 redevelopment area has gained approval from Jersey City Planning Board.

The gateway to journal square was approved this week. MVMK would once again like to thank the Jersey City Planning Board for approving 3085 Kennedy Boulevard Tuesday night. At 12 stories and 373 residential units this becomes a significant project for the northern edge of JS.
