Client has officially broken ground on The Parker East, a new five-story, mixed-use building that will bring 86 luxury rental residences and approximately 1,100 square feet of street-level retail space to 263 Hackensack Street in East Rutherford, NJ. Designed by The Parker East will serve as a landmark residential offering just a short walk from the Rutherford Train Station and the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Rutherford’s charming town center.
