I got into the office today and tried out some sand casting, making this adorable mushroom 😆 The cool thing about mushrooms is how imperfect they are, how unique. Each one, even if they are the same variety of mushroom 🍄 has it's own individual look and it's own perfect environment to grow in.

Mushrooms are well known to grow in healthy soil and strong environments that promote life.

These last few weeks have felt long for my family. Weeks filled with sickness, emails, appointments and beautiful but very long hot days.

This sterling silver mushroom is going to represent the strength we build from those long days. Each one is a unique and resilient piece formed from metal hot enough to boil and poured into carefully formed casting sand.
