We're looking for friendly, dependable individuals to help create a great experience for thousands of fairgoers during one of Lea County's biggest events of the year!

As a Booth Attendant, you'll:
🎟️ Sell admission tickets and process payments
💵 Operate cash registers and card readers
📍 Provide directions and answer visitor questions
🚶 Help keep entrance and exit areas organized
✨ Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the Lea County Fair & Rodeo

Minimum Qualifications:
✅ High school diploma or GED
✅ Valid driver's license
✅ Basic math skills and the ability to count change accurately
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other event hours

This position is primarily outdoors and requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 70 pounds when needed, and working in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be able to work independently, remain professional under pressure, and provide excellent service to the public.
