📣 Today, we had the privilege of hosting Gage Radcliffe, owner of Servpro of Carlsbad, Hobbs and Executive Director for Toys For Tots Lea County NM, at ProjectXY!

Gage shared an inspiring message with our young men about preparing for their future. As a former Marine, he knows firsthand the power of discipline, hard work, and resilience. He instilled invaluable lessons on time management, setting goals, and the importance of never giving up—even when faced with failure.

He was an immigrant coming to Hobbs not knowing English. He attended Hobbs Municipal Schools, and ended up going to college and is now a bilingual petroleum engineer with his own business.
