Dear Clients,

I wanted to reach out personally to let you know that I will be stepping away from work for at least the next couple of weeks due to a serious medical situation. I am currently in the ER as the doctors run tests, since they believe I may potentially have multiple sclerosis. At this time, half of my body is numb, and I need to focus fully on my health and recovery.

Because of this, I am also having to take a break from college until at least December while I work on getting answers and beginning treatment.

Please know this was not an easy decision. I deeply value each of you and the trust you place in me, and I will do everything I can to return as soon as I am able.

Dear Grandy Clean Clients,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you of a temporary change in my work situation. Due to the passing of my son's father, I am currently navigating life as a full-time single mother, student, and worker.

Unfortunately, I do not have consistent childcare available over the summer months. As a result, I may need to bring my 3-year-old son with me to some appointments. He will remain occupied with his tablet and stay in one area while I work. I understand this may not be ideal, and I truly appreciate your understanding during this time.

This arrangement is only temporary, as he will begin preschool in the fall. If this setup is not suitable for you, I completely understand and respect your decision.

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for your continued support of Grandy Clean Housekeeping. I truly appreciate your loyalty and trust in our services.

I’m excited to share that I have recently secured insurance and am in the process of obtaining my LLC. Additionally, I am expanding my team by bringing on a few more hardworking and dedicated individuals to help meet the growing demand for our services.

As part of this growth, I will be updating our pricing structure effective May 1, 2025. The new rates will be as follows:

Regular Cleaning: $30 per hour per person

Deep Cleaning: $35 per hour per person

Carpet Cleaning: $40 per hour per person

Minimum per job: $100

Please rest assured that I will continue to supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment, and I am committed to accommodating these changes on a personal basis whenever possible. I am also investing in new and improved equipment to ensure that we continue to deliver the high-quality cleaning service you have come to expect.

At Grandy Clean Housekeeping, it remains our top priority to provide a level of cleanliness that would make my Grandy proud. Thank you once again for your support and understanding.

Hello everyone!

I wanted to let you all know that as of March 1st, my pricing will be changing:

Regular cleans will be $25/hour per person

Deep cleans will be $30/hour per person
