We are pleased and excited to announce the promotion of Michael Michetti and Jason Earls to the role of Project Executive at Sagamore, effective June 2026.

In their new roles, Michael and Jason will oversee a portfolio of complex projects, provide strategic guidance to project teams, and partner with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional delivery. They will also mentor emerging leaders across our organization and help drive continuous improvement in our project management practices.

Michael has been with Sagamore since 2024, most recently serving as project manager. He has led key initiatives including UPS Distribution Facility with Layton Construction, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, operational rigor, and a commitment to our values.

Jason joined Sagamore in 2024 and most recently served as project manager. He has delivered outstanding results on healthcare projects, such as Cape Cod Healthcare and Southcoast Health, earning a reputation for client partnership, risk management, and team development.

Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Massachusetts/New Hampshire, The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate plumbing and HVAC projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, coordinating logistics, expediting materials and services, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project operations and deliver exceptional results aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications
• Proven expertise in Project Management, with strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Experience in expeditor roles, including ensuring timely delivery of equipment, materials. and tasks.
• Proficiency in Inspection and quality assurance to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Strong skills in logistics management, particularly in coordinating resources and schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC systems, and construction industry practices is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
